With our main office also located in Waunakee, supporting a farm in our own backyard makes this partnership especially meaningful to us. Cellanie Farms is creating a place where people can reconnect with local agriculture, learn more about where their food comes from, and see regenerative growing practices in action.

By contributing our plant-based compost and biology-driven solutions, Purple Cow helps support the healthy, biologically active soil at the center of Cellanie’s growing practices.

About Cellanie Farms

Cellanie Farms is a family-owned produce farm focused on growing food in harmony with nature through regenerative farming practices.

Their approach starts with the soil. Cellanie uses low-till, organic practices designed to protect natural resources, support soil biology, and create a healthier growing environment. They also prioritize diversity throughout their fields and surrounding natural areas to help strengthen the local ecosystem.

But Cellanie is about more than growing food.

Located alongside growing neighborhoods in Waunakee, the farm is working to create stronger connections between the people producing food and the people eating it. Their long-term vision includes opportunities for the community to experience local agriculture firsthand and better understand how food can be grown with both people and the environment in mind.
