Sales Representative

Position Overview

Purple Cow Organics is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to support growth by building strong partnerships with retailers, distributors, and professional growers. This role focuses on promoting our biology-based soil and compost products while delivering value through education and service.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with garden centers, distributors, and growers
Identify new sales opportunities and expand market presence
Educate customers on product benefits, applications, and performance
Support retail partners with merchandising, training, and promotional efforts
Track sales activity and provide regular updates and forecasts
Represent Purple Cow Organics at trade shows, events, and industry functions

Qualifications

Previous sales experience, preferably in agriculture, horticulture, or related industry
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Willingness to travel as needed
Knowledge of growing practices or soil products is a plus
