Shipping policy

If you have questions or concerns about our products please contact us at 608-831-0349 or info@purplecoworganics.com and we will be happy to assist. All of our manufactured products have the cost of shipping built into the price of the product and qualify for free shipping. All orders will be processed and shipped out of our facilities within 3-5 business days of the order being placed then are given to the shipping carriers. Once a packaged leaves our site we have no control over the speed at which the product is delivered or where the package is left at it's delivery location. We provide tracking information on each product but the carrier companies should be contacted for any further delivery and shipping questions. Any products damaged during shipping will be issued a full refund.
